[HiKorea Hostel(Guesthouse) in Haeundae, Busan] We Show You a Bloody Night View_1

1. To Find a Way To Go There

It is said that human beings have the ‘desire for conquest’ by nature, so they like to look down. I think this is why we try to find places with ‘nice scenery and great view.’ The night view of Hwangryeong Mountain is highly reputed in Busan, but it is almost impossible to go up the mountain with public transportation only. So a person like me who doesn’t have a car of my own don’t actually have the chance to visit there. But finally! I got to check the reputation with my own eyes.
If you are a traveler using public transportation there is a way to get off at the Geumryeonsan station on urban railway, and using a taxi to go up the mountain. But what you need to keep in mind is that you must think of the way to come down the mountain. Even if you go up without a car, it is pretty tough coming down without a car. The mountain trail of Hwangryeong is pretty well made and the mountain isn’t that big itself, but it is pretty dark at night and there is a lot of exhaustion of physical strength, so it is not suitable to walk down.
In my case I used the rented car, and my boyfriend and I rent cars every now and then. Even when we travel inside Busan, after we calculate the time and transportation fees and decide that using a car is more effective, we travel by car. There are discount coupons for car rental on the social commerce sites every now and then, and there are companies that provide discount service using associated cards, so if you prepare in advance you can use it more cheaply. We use the ‘Good Time Rent a Car’ in Seomyeon(Jeonpo-dong), and it is cheaper than other places, and the employees are friendly. To recommend the type of car, I think the small ‘Ray’ of the K company that shows off its cute appearance is just suitable for traveling. The car is energy-efficient and has a wide inner space for a compact car so 3~4 people can ride easily, and you can load a lot of baggage with unstudied ease. However, as any compact car would be, there isn’t any ‘speeding instinct.’

You may wander around a lot if it is the first time you are going to the Hwangryeong mountain, and the route that many road specialists explain is like this. If you head to the Busan KBS Broadcasting Station you can see McDonald’s to your right, and if you turn left there you can go straight up through the alley besides the hospital. As you go up the night view comes into your sight from both sides and trucks that sell beverages and snacks begin to show up.
